A vacant lot on the Davis Islands waterfront has sold for $5.85 million. The lot at 110 Martinique Ave. is .34 acres and is 75 feet wide by 200 feet deep. The seller, a corporate entity linked to Modesta Homes, paid $3.66 million for the property in 2021. The buyer, Sreeram K. Reddy, also owns a property on Harbour Island, records show.
