Lakewood Ranch, West Villages and Starkey Ranch are among the top-selling master-planned communities in 2019, according to data from Robert Charles Lesser & Co. Metro Tampa home prices rose 4.9 percent in the past year, the second-highest among major U.S. cities, the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index reported.
