The average homeowner in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metro area spent less on their monthly bills than the average U.S. homeowner this year. A recent report from doxoINSIGHTS, the statistics branch of online-payment platform doxo, looked at over 900 cities and towns to find a homeowner's average monthly bills.
