A penthouse on the 41st floor of ONE St. Petersburg has sold for $4.15 million — the second highest price ever paid for a condo in the city's history. M. Patrick Carroll, founder and CEO of the Carroll Organization, closed on the condo in late October, according to Pinellas County property records. Tampa Bay Business Journal obtained data from the Greater Tampa Realtors that broke down the Pinellas County ZIP codes with the most home sales and highest dollar volume for Q3.
