Tampa Bay Business Journal obtained data from the Greater Tampa Realtors that broke down the Pinellas County ZIP codes with the most home sales and highest dollar volume for Q3. The top three ZIP codes with the most home sales belonged to St. Petersburg, all with over 150 homes sales for the quarter. The data also tracked the year over year change among the ZIP codes.
