Tampa Bay new home listings down over 30 percent in April, active listings also down
Active listings are down across the U.S., as homeowners wait to see the full effect the Covid-19 pandemic will have on the industry. A recent report from Realtor.com found Tampa Bay’s new listings for April fell 34.1 percent year over year.
