The developers of a new condo tower on Bayshore Boulevard plan to pursue a similar project in downtown Tampa. Ascentia Development Group and Batson-Cook Development Co. said Thursday that they plan to build the 34-story luxury condo tower Arris Tampa on what's currently a vacant lot at the corner of Ashley Drive and Twiggs Street. The 3,316-square-foot condo in The Bellamy is listed for sale at $1.695 million or $511 per square foot. Yzerman paid $1.395 million for the condo in 2016, shortly before listing his Davis Islands home for sale.
