The Strandhus — a 1950s-built home in Sarasota that's revered for its architecture after two major renovations — has been sold for $3.35 million. Premier Sotheby's International Realty says the sale is the highest price, year to date, for a non-waterfront home in Sarasota. The home, at 1212 Westway Drive, is in Lido Shores.
