Tampa Bay home prices up 29% from last year
The Tampa Bay housing market is hot as ever, and a new report from real estate company RE/MAX suggests this won't change anytime soon. The data shows the Tampa metro area is home to the second-largest year-over-year price increase for house sales from March 2021 to March 2022.
