Report: Rent prices drop nationwide, but not in Tampa Bay

As Florida continues to be one of the most popular states to move to in the nation, it's becoming more challenging for residents to find an affordable apartment or keep existing rent from going up. Compass CEO Robert Reffkin said Florida’s residential market, especially along the west coast, has seen sustained buyer demand despite the national economic turmoil.
