Rent in Tampa is on the rise overall, but five neighborhoods saw the largest increase in rent year over year, according to a new report. Rent.com compiled a list of the five Tampa neighborhoods that saw the largest increases in rent from last year based on changes in price between August 2018 and August 2019. A massive Carrollwood estate overlooking White Trout Lake is back on the market for $8.5 million.
