A recent report from Zillow looked at rent increases for 50 largest metros in the U.S. Tampa had the 14th highest rent increase among the top 50 metros and the second highest in Florida behind Orlando at No. 5. San Francisco-based real estate agency Opendoor released a report of the hottest Tampa Bay ZIP codes for buyers and sellers for 2019. This year, Riverview, which was also named one of the best places to live in September, and South Hillsborough topped both the buyers and sellers.
