Three Tampa Bay master-planned communities among 50 top-selling for 2019

Lakewood Ranch, West Villages and Starkey Ranch are among the top-selling master-planned communities in 2019, according to data from Robert Charles Lesser & Co. All three communities made the top 30 with Lakewood Ranch leading the way. The Sarasota-based community had the second most sales in 2019 with 1,648, up 11 percent from 2018.
