Former Tampa Bay Rays star Fred McGriff has sold his Avila estate for just over $1 million less than the asking price. The house at 16314 Millan de Avila was listed in late 2018 for $3.495 million and sold for $2.45 million, according to Zillow. It sits on a double lot, nearly 1.8 acres, and is 11,768 square feet.
