Former Tampa General Hospital CEO Jim Burkhart and his wife, Tina, have sold off their Davis Islands home. The Burkharts sold the home at 482 Lucerne Ave. for $2.9 million in late April, according to a Hillsborough County deed filed in May. The buyers are Robert and Lissha Harris. Burkhart was named CEO of Tampa General in early 2013. He left the post in late 2016 after the hospital's board of directors asked for his resignation.
