St. Pete takes steps to further embrace accessory dwelling units

St. Petersburg is exploring altering its current restrictions for accessory dwelling units, which could allow more ADUs to be built throughout the city. ADUs, often known as granny flats, are additional residential units that are put on lots independent of a main dwelling unit.
