Report: Tampa offers less space than most major cities for $1,500

A new report from Rent Cafe, a nationwide internet listing service, found that Tampa is the nation’s third best mid-city for apartment dwellers (and 15th among cities of all sizes) for its local economy and quality of life. Historic home relocation makes way for St. Pete boutique condo tower

The relocation of a historic home over the weekend has made way for the construction of The Nolen, a boutique condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg. The 23-story tower will have 31 residences and is steps from The Vinoy Renaissance and North Straub Park at 136 Fourth Ave. NE. 32-story tower, second phase of The Place at Channelside, proposed in downtown Tampa

A hotel developer who purchased a vacant lot adjacent to The Place at Channelside in 2021 wants to build multifamily units and street-level commercial space on the site. An entity linked to The Dynamic Group, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is asking the city to rezone 940 Channelside Drive to make way for a 32-story tower with 280 multifamily units and 4,555 square feet of street-level commercial space.
