RealtyHop, a New York-based property investment company released its August housing affordability report, which evaluates housing affordability in the nation’s 100 almost populous cities including Tampa and St. Petersburg. Tampa ranked as the 72nd most affordable city, down two spots from last month’s ranking. The report found the median price for a home in Tampa was $345,000, about 41.79 percent of homeowners income.
