The off-market sale of a Snell Isle home has set a new price-per-square-foot record for non-waterfront real estate in both Snell Isle and the surrounding 33704 ZIP code. The house at 1772 Brightwaters Blvd. NE went under contract before coming to the market and closed on April 15 for $3.495 million, according to Pinellas County property records.
