Former Toronto Blue Jays all-star and Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar has sold off his sprawling Tampa home. Alomar's 18,000 square-foot-home on 3.4 gated acres in Avila has sold for $4 million, according to Premier Sotheby's International Realty, which announced the deal Wednesday. Active listings are down across the U.S., as homeowners wait to see the full effect the Covid-19 pandemic will have on the industry. A recent report from Realtor.com found Tampa Bay’s new listings for April fell 34.1 percent year over year.
