Former Tampa Bay Lightning general manager Steve Yzerman is selling off his Bayshore Boulevard condo. The 3,316-square-foot condo in The Bellamy is listed for sale at $1.695 million or $511 per square foot. Yzerman paid $1.395 million for the condo in 2016, shortly before listing his Davis Islands home for sale. Jennifer Zales with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Tampa is the listing agent on the condo. Zales represented Yzerman when he sold the Davis Islands property in 2017.
